About the Role:
In this hands-on position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the progress and quality of work performed by junior team members and resolving challenges that arise. You’ll be the main point of contact for existing clients and assist with onboarding new clients. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from corporate and personal tax returns to advising clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. You will also handle account preparations for SMEs, limited companies, and sole traders, along with CIS tax & submissions, and year-end account preparations.

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or AAT, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accountancy firm

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with accountancy software and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
